The centre has an exhibition room, library, projection room and observation kiosk. It offers educational programmes to schools, as well as information to visitors. The area is very important from many aspects, including flora, fauna, habitats, hydrology, geology, archaeology, history and culture. The local wetlands are a Ramsar site. The centre is open 7 days a week, between 08:30 - 15:00. All the facilities are suitable for disabled persons, and the entrance is free.
